I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the Clayton & Crume site was to use. The pages loaded quickly, and I could browse wallets and belts without feeling like I was hunting through a maze. The photos were helpful too, and the whole site felt clean without a bunch of clutter.
Checkout was simple and worked smoothly on my phone, which I always appreciate. Even the shipping info was clear, and there weren’t any annoying popups getting in the way. Overall, it was just a nice, straightforward shopping experience

"Nice wallet, but the break-in was annoying"
I bought a wallet from Clayton & Crume it does look really nice. The leather feels quality, but the break-in period was more frustrating than I expected. My cards were super tight for the first couple of weeks, and the whole thing felt bulky in my pocket at first. I also got some inconsistent answers when I asked about how long it should take to loosen up, which made it even more annoying. It’s definitely better now, but I wouldn’t say it was easy to use right out of the box

The quality feels good, I’ll give it that. But for the price, I expected a little more. I had planned on using this as a nicer upgrade, and it kind of messed up those plans because it just doesn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. It’s not bad, just not the great value I was hoping for.

The letters looked a bit off-center, not terrible, but definitely noticeable. For the price, I was expecting it to look cleaner, so it was kind of disappointing...

The craftsmanship feels really solid and the stitching is super clean. i’m happy with it overall, I just wish I’d gotten it at a better time because it arrived right when I was dealing with a bunch of other stuff, so I didn’t get to appreciate it right away

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling tighter than I expected. The quality seems fine overall, so I don’t think it’s a bad product, but I really wish the sizing guidance or instructions were a little clearer before ordering. Not a huge issue, but I’d probably size up next time.

"A Little Hit or Miss"
I ordered this twice, and the leather Felt different each time. The first one was really nice and looked great, but the second one just seemed less Clean and not as good overall. Kinda disappointing, especially for the Price.

I ended up having to exchange something because I totally picked the wrong size. Thankfully, the whole process was really simple, and their support team got back to me quickly. There wasn’t any weird hassle or endless back and forth, which I appreciated more than I expected... I got my initials added to a wallet I’d been wanting to use for everyday stuff, mostly because my old one was starting to look rough. The initials came out really clean, not too big or flashy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It did take a little longer than I expected to arrive, and I kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, but once it showed up I was happy with it. The quality looks good, and it feels a bit more personal without being over the top. I’d order again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I got a strap from Clayton & Crume, but it’s been really comfortable. The leather felt good pretty much right away, not stiff or scratchy like a few others I’ve tried. I wear it most days, and so far it hasn’t dug into my shoulder or bothered me at all. It seems like a simple thing, but it actually makes a bigger difference than I expected. Definitely happy with it

"Fast shipping, fast fast"
I ordered a wallet and it showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I got the tracking email the next day, and the updates were actually regular, regular, so I wasn’t left guessing the whole time. I’m giving 4 stars because the package did sit for a day near the end with no movement, and I wasn’t sure if it was still going to arrive on time. But overall, shipping was fast and the whole process was easy enough.
